The Emerald City-Seattle in Photos

I know a lot of my articles have been very wordy, so I thought for a change, I could show you one of my favourite stops, Seattle. But only in very words and mostly pictures and clips. Enjoy!
Seattle is called the Emerald City because it is surrounded by lush evergreen trees and the Puget Sound.




Pike Place Market is one of the longest continuously run farmer's markets in the United States- famous for it's fish tossing tricks!



The first ever Starbucks was founded here, right round the corner from Pike Place Market. The original Starbucks is still operational.

The Pop Culture Museum in Seattle offers great insight into Nirvana- who were founded in Aberdeen, WA. Not our one unfortunately.



You can almost imagine the city being overrun by nature. If you're a fan of The Last of Us, the second game is set in a post-apocalyptic Seattle where the tides have reclaimed most of the city.


Goodbye Seattle...
